Are the lashes good for multiple wears?

With the right aftercare, our strip lashes are reusable up to 20 times.

There’s an issue with my order

If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us at shopllariabeauty@gmail.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:

  • A clear photo of the full paper invoice included in your parcel
  • A photo showing all items received
  • A photo of the mail bag and clip bag your order arrived in
  • Your Order Number

Our customer service team will review your case promptly and begin an internal investigation to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

My item arrived damaged

If your parcel has arrived damaged or contains a faulty item, please contact us at shopllariabeauty@gmail.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following information:

For Damaged Parcels:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear photo of the damaged items
  • A photo of the damaged packaging
  • A photo of the delivery label on the mail bag

For Faulty Items:

  • Your Order Number
  • The name of the faulty item(s)
  • A brief description of the fault
  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue

Once received, a member of our customer service team will review your case and begin working on a resolution as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Llaria Beauty, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our products. To protect our customers and due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review the following return and exchange guidelines.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Unwanted Items

If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the hygiene criteria above.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing shopllariabeauty@gmail.com with:


  • Your Order Number

  • A clear photo or video of the damage or fault

  • A brief description of the issue

Important Notes


  • All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back.

  • Processing returns may take up to 14 working days from when the parcel is received at our HQ.

  • To complete your return, a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

🧵 Please note: Our lashes are handmade with care, so slight variations may occur. These are not considered faults, but a natural part of the handcrafted process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within:


  • 5 working days (UK)

  • 10 working days (International)

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email our team within 14 days of receiving your order. If eligible, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.


  • Items must be in unopened, original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.

📦 International Returns (Outside the EU):

Do not use courier services, as high customs clearance fees will be charged.


  • Mark the parcel value as "ZERO"

  • Clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and packaging

  • We cannot accept parcels that incur duty or clearance fees

Shipping Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.

  • Discount codes are exclusive to Llaria Beauty and cannot be combined.
